• Arrive 1-2 hours early

• Batch cocktails & backups

• supply alcohol & serving ice
• You tell us where to set up then you relax
• Hire a batchologist to keep stations stocked & batches refilled

If you hired bartender or mixologist*

• Sets up bar - mix batches
• Pours batches, beer & wine
• Mixes drinks & cocktails*
*Creates cocktail riffs
