Always Included

Margarita's, Old Fashioned's, Martini's, Manhatan's, and French 75's can always be made by our mixologists.
*granted you supply orange liquor, vermouth, & sparkling wine.

Fresh Package

Syrups included in your fresh package coincide with your chosen menu. It will also include any juice needed, & always includes fresh lemon & lime juice.

Cocktail Riffs

Our mixologists can create drinks on the fly. Say you include Chambord with the liquor you supply, we could make a Raspberry 75, or raspberry sours with gin, vodka, or tequila.

Alcohol?

We will send you a list of what you need. Feel free to include any specialty liquors or liqueurs and our mixologists will create drinks on the fly.

FAQ – Bar Service

Most frequent questions and answers

Yep. When you hire a mixologist. We’re here to make you happy. Bring the supplies needed for your specialty cocktails and we will make them.

No. We do not currently have a liquor license.

You must supply the alcohol. We’ll supply you a list.

We bring everything else & our craft cocktail expertise.

We DO NOT supply ice for Bar Service at this time. However, we hope to in the future.

We DO supply ice for mixing batches, but not for serving them.

We DO NOT supply bars or tables at this time, but hope to in the future.

Dehydrated Lemon, Lime, Orange, Pineapple, Mango.

Fresh Raspberries, Blackberries, Mint, Rosemary, Oranges.

Floral: Lavender, Rose Buds (extra),

Candied Ginger.

*need 10 day notice to secure some garnishes (candied ginger, flowers, some dehydrated fruit).

Fresh Squeezed Lemon & Lime Juice.

Lemons & Limes for Garnishing

Typically 1 bartender for every 50 guests.

Recommend 1 Mixologist for every 35 guests.

It would help the flow.

i.e. (Say there’s a 100 guest event) It’s possible to have one bar with a bartender to serve batches, wine, & beer,  and mix basic drinks, while another bar has a mixologist or two mixing classic and creative cocktails.
